Frequently asked questions
Why is the first item more expensive?
The first item acts as the proof: it covers preparing your file, setting up and checking. Every item after that gets the tiered price.
Does the price drop with quantity?
Yes, in tiers (2 to 5, 6 to 50, 51 to 100 items), based on the total quantity of the same design, all sizes combined.
How much does a second print cost?
A second print (for example front and back) is added to the price; the exact total appears in the tool when you choose “2 prints”.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT. Business customers receive an invoice that itemises the VAT.
And beyond 100 items?
We prepare a bespoke quote, which is often better value, particularly for screen printing.
What are the prices for a business, a club or a town hall?
The same tiered prices, based on the total quantity. Team mode in the tool lets you add one line per person with their size, name and number. We accept purchase orders and administrative payment orders, file the invoice on Chorus Pro, and payment is by bank transfer within 30 days. Over 100 items, we prepare a bespoke quote. Indicative lead times for large orders: 200 items in 1 to 2 weeks, 500 in 2 to 3 weeks, 1,000 in 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you deliver to Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg or Canada?
Yes. Belgium and Luxembourg: Colissimo Europe, €15.90 up to 500 g then by weight, with free delivery on orders of €150 or more. Switzerland: same rates; Swiss customs duties and VAT (8.1%) are payable by the recipient on delivery. Canada, including Quebec: Colissimo International, from €34.90 (up to 500 g); duties and taxes may be charged on delivery. The exact price is shown in your basket before you pay.
