Our personalisation tool makes printing your own designs simple!

Choose your product and colour, then follow the guide. You will find all the placement options, plus guides to help you visualise the print size. You can use all types of images (JPG, PNG…), without worrying about their colour mode (RGB or CMYK).

Absolutely, we recommend it!

This test, called a proof, lets you check that the print and the garment suit you before we produce the full quantity.

If you are in a hurry, we offer an express service with personal support.

We will happily talk it through with you and guide you on the choice of model, sizes and placement of your artwork, so that your project meets express lead times. Our experience lets us guarantee your satisfaction on delivery.

Our range falls into two categories.

Online products, available immediately: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and zip hoodies, in several fits and weights and a wide choice of colours. You will also find tote bags, caps, bucket hats and beanies.

Products by quote: we have a full catalogue for requests that our online range does not cover (sportswear, technical textiles, accessories…). Do not hesitate to contact us.

Each product has a size guide, which we update based on your feedback.

If you are still unsure, we are always happy to help.

Fabric weight is how heavy the fabric is, and therefore how thick. A classic T-shirt weighs around 150 g/m² and a more premium one 220 g/m². Our range goes up to 440 g/m², for premium, durable and comfortable garments.

All our colours are the same price. The only possible difference is in the printing: some combinations carry a surcharge because they need a white underbase (for example, a dark design on a black T-shirt).

Once your design is approved and your order is paid, we start printing and your order ships within 1 to 3 working days (subject to stock). It is sent by Colissimo, or you can collect it free of charge at the workshop (5 rue Planchat, Paris 20e).

For delivery: ships within 1 to 3 working days, then 1 to 4 days in transit. You will get an email at each stage of your parcel's journey.

In a hurry? With express, orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are shipped the same day. You can also collect from the workshop or receive it by Colissimo express (€18).

This option carries a surcharge.

Yes. Belgium and Luxembourg: Colissimo Europe, €15.90 up to 500 g then priced by weight, free delivery on orders of €150 or more. Switzerland: same rates; the recipient pays customs duties and Swiss VAT (8.1%) on delivery.

Canada, including Quebec: Colissimo International, from €34.90 (up to 500 g); duties and taxes may be charged on delivery. The exact price is shown in the cart before payment.

It all depends on the reason for the return.

If you simply change your mind about the design, we cannot take the item back: it was personalised to your instructions (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

If the item is faulty (print, condition of the product…), we send you a 100% free return label. Simply send the order back to us and, as you prefer, we will refund you or send a correct replacement.

Team mode: in our tool, add one line per person with their size, name (or first name) and number, plus one file per person. The volume discount is calculated across the whole team.

Public bodies and administrations: we accept purchase orders and administrative payment orders (mandat administratif). We send you a quote, you return the signed purchase order with its commitment number, then we upload the invoice to Chorus Pro. Payment by bank transfer within 30 days.

Over 100 items: tailor-made quote. Indicative lead times for large orders: 200 items within 1 to 2 weeks, 500 within 2 to 3 weeks, 1,000 within 3 to 4 weeks. Request a quote
