All about this garment
The natural cotton tote bag, 140 g and 42 × 38 cm, is the most useful giveaway there is: people reuse it every day, and your logo travels with it. Its natural colour shows off every design, from black logos to full-colour illustrations.
What is it for? Welcome bags for a trade show or seminar, gifts for an association, the bag for a grocer's or a bookshop, festival merch, or a tote with a first name for a teacher or a family celebration.
Ordering in bulk: the price drops with the total quantity in the tool. You can also give each bag a different text (first name, date) by adding one line per bag. For more than 100 items, request a quote: we will advise you on the most economical technique.
Lead times: ships within 1 to 3 working days, or the same day with express for orders placed before 4 pm on a working day; free collection from our workshop in Paris.
Care: wash inside out at 30 °C, no tumble dryer.

A thick cotton tote bag, made to last
At 140 g, the canvas is sturdy enough to carry books, groceries or a laptop, and to keep a design sharp wash after wash. The 42 × 38 cm size takes a large design without crowding it.
Which design works on natural canvas?
The ecru background shows off dark designs and bold colours: a black logo, a colourful illustration, lettering in blue or green. Avoid pure white, which would blend into the canvas; for a white or gold design, choose the black tote bag.
Delivery
Light and flat, it travels easily: we ship it all over France, and also to Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the rest of the European Union by Colissimo Europe.
What are the dimensions of the tote bag?

Yes, choose “2 prints” in the tool to print both sides.
Can I put a different name or number on each item?
Yes, directly in the tool: one line per person, with their size, first name or surname and back number, and one file per person. The volume discount applies to the team’s total quantity.

Can the natural tote bag carry heavy loads?
Yes for everyday use: books, groceries, a laptop. The 140 g cotton canvas and stitched handles are made for daily use; just avoid overloading it with sharp or very heavy objects.
What are the printing and delivery times?
Once your design is approved and your order is paid, we start printing and your order ships within 1 to 3 working days (subject to stock). It is sent by Colissimo, or you can collect it free of charge at the workshop (5 rue Planchat, Paris 20e).
For delivery: ships within 1 to 3 working days, then 1 to 4 days in transit. You will get an email at each stage of your parcel's journey.
How does express ordering work?
In a hurry? With express, orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are shipped the same day. You can also collect from the workshop or receive it by Colissimo express (€18).
This option carries a surcharge.
How do returns work?
It all depends on the reason for the return.
If you simply change your mind about the design, we cannot take the item back: it was personalised to your instructions (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
If the item is faulty (print, condition of the product…), we send you a 100% free return label. Simply send the order back to us and, as you prefer, we will refund you or send a correct replacement.
