How much does a personalised T-shirt cost for a company?
The price depends on three things: the garment, the number of prints (front only or front + back) and the quantity. At Printtex, the first item serves as the proof and the following ones benefit from a sliding-scale price. As a guide, for a coloured 180 g cotton T-shirt with your logo on one side:

What lead times should you expect?
Once the proof is approved, your order ships within 1 to 3 working days, then is delivered in 1 to 4 working days. For a last-minute trade show or event, express is possible: ordered before 4 pm, it ships the same day, with collection from our workshop (Paris 20e) or express delivery.
Choosing your garment and print
- For a team's everyday wear: a 180 g cotton T-shirt, comfortable and affordable, or a hoodie for winter.
- For a trade show or event: go for legibility, with a large logo on the back and a chest logo on the front.
- For brand image: heavyweight fabric, understated colours, high-definition print.
As for your file, a logo as a PNG with a transparent background or in vector format (PDF, SVG, AI) gives the best result. No clean file? We will help you prepare it.

Preparing your logo
The best file is a vector logo (PDF, AI, SVG) or a high-definition PNG with a transparent background. If you only have a JPG or a screenshot, send it anyway: we check it for free and show you the preview before printing. A logo in one or two colours, with good contrast against the garment, gives the sharpest result.

Can each employee have a different size?
Yes. In the team order of our tool, you enter each person's size, and even a first name on the back.
Can we receive an invoice in the company's name?
Yes, the invoice is issued in your company's name, with VAT. Public authorities and local councils can also pay by administrative payment order, against a purchase order.
Can we reorder the same T-shirts later?
Yes: keep the same model and the same file, and your restocks will be identical to the first order.
