Seminar and team building: personalised T-shirts and sweatshirts to bring people together

A successful seminar or team building means a team that leaves closer together… and with a keepsake. Personalised textiles help twice over: they build team spirit during the event and extend the experience afterwards. Here is how to use them well.

T-shirts per team for the activities

For an orienteering course, a rally or inter-team games, assign one colour per team: the groups spot each other from afar and the competition starts right away. Our 180 g cotton T-shirts come in 11 colours and our breathable sports T-shirts in 42 colours, ideal for physical activities. Add the company logo on the front and the team name on the back.

The sweatshirt, a keepsake to hold on to

A hoodie or sweatshirt with the logo, the name and the year of the event, is a gift that is worn for a long time, at the office as at the weekend. For a premium finish, choose a heavyweight 440 g model or an embroidered chest logo.

The welcome kit

On arrival, a tote bag with the logo, the programme, a water bottle and a notebook sets the tone straight away. It is also the chance to slip in the event T-shirt. Expect about €4.10 per natural tote bag from 50 items with one print.

Indicative budget

With one print, a cotton T-shirt comes to about €13.15 per item for 50 in white (€18.15 in colour), and a 280 g hoodie to about €36.25 per item. For an event with more than 100 participants or multiple prints, we prepare a tailor-made quote within 24 hours. On request, we issue the invoice in your company's name.

Lead times: even for last-minute organisation

Your order ships within 1 to 3 working days (subject to stock), then is delivered in 1 to 4 working days (Colissimo or pickup point, free delivery from €100); with express, ordered before 4 pm (working day), it ships the same day. You can also collect it free of charge from our workshop, 5 rue Planchat, Paris 20e.

For an event in Paris, collection from the workshop or express delivery makes very short lead times possible. Simply allow time to collect the participants' sizes (a shared form does the job very well).

Team orders directly in the tool

In our personalisation tool, add one line per person, or paste your whole list at once: each person's size, first name or surname and number on the back, and one file per person. The sliding-scale price is calculated across the whole team. Start a team order.

Frequently asked questions

How do we handle the sizes of 80 participants?

Collect them with a shared form, then send us the summary by size. If in doubt, plan a few extra items in M and L.

Can you do a different colour for each team?

Yes, with the same design or a different team name for each colour. State the breakdown in your quote request.

Will we receive an invoice in the company's name?

Yes, simply give your company's name and billing address when you order or in your quote request.
