How do I request a product that is not in the catalogue?
- Open our quote request and choose “Several products” or “I don't know yet”.
- Describe the garment you want (type, colour, material, cut), the quantity, the sizes and the marking placement, and attach your logo.
- We suggest the closest model from our supplier, with a price and a preview before printing.
Models ordered from our supplier generally take 3 to 4 working days longer than our models in stock.
Which technique?
Depending on the textile: DTF printing for colour artwork, embroidery for a high-end logo on a jacket, shirt or fleece, screen printing for large runs, flock printing for names and numbers.

Frequently asked questions
Can you personalise a garment that is not on your site?
Yes. Our supplier has many more models than our shop: describe the garment in a quote request, and we will find the closest match and personalise it.
What is the lead time for a made-to-order product?
Usually 3 to 4 working days more than for our in-stock models, while we wait for the garments to arrive. For volume orders: 200 items within 1 to 2 weeks, 500 within 2 to 3 weeks.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the model and the technique: tell us the quantity in your request, and we will reply with the best option.
Can you advise me on a model?
Yes: tell us what it is for (team, gift, brand, work), your budget and the quantities, and we will suggest the most suitable models.
