Refund policy

1. Personalised products

In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. You are informed of this before ordering (product page and personalisation tool). A personalised item can therefore be neither taken back nor exchanged for reasons of convenience (size, colour, design): please consult the size guide before ordering.

2. Non-personalised products

For non-personalised items (blank garment, unused gift card), you have 14 days from receipt (or from purchase for a gift card) to withdraw without giving a reason, by email to info@printtex.fr or using the form below. You return the item within 14 days, new, unworn, unwashed, in its packaging, at your own expense.

Withdrawal form (to be copied into an email):

“For the attention of Printtex SARL, 5 rue Planchat, 75020 Paris, info@printtex.fr. I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the goods below: … Ordered on … / received on … Order number: … Name: … Address: … Date: …”

3. Defective item or error on our part

If your order has a printing defect, a fabric defect or does not match what you ordered (model, size, colour, design), write to us at info@printtex.fr with a few photos: a prompt report helps us handle your request, but it does not limit your rights. After checking, we send you a free return label and you choose between a reprint and a refund.

The following are not defects: a slight difference in shade between the screen and the fabric, a position offset of less than 5 mm, a blurry result when the tool warned you of insufficient resolution, a mistake in a text you entered, a design approved in the preview, or a defect caused by non-compliant care (washing at 30 °C inside out, no tumble dryer, no ironing on the print).

These provisions do not limit the legal guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery, Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Code de la consommation) or the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Code civil). 4. Return address

Printtex, 5 rue Planchat, 75020 Paris. Please write to us before sending anything so that we can identify your parcel and, in the event of a defect, provide you with the free return label.

5. Refund

The refund is made to the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after receipt of the item or proof of its dispatch. In the event of withdrawal, it includes the price of the item and standard delivery costs.

6. Gift cards

An unused gift card may be refunded within 14 days of its purchase. A card that has already been used, even partially, can be neither taken back nor refunded. Its period of validity is stated at the time of purchase and on the card.

7. Business customers

Business customers, associations and public bodies do not benefit from the right of withdrawal; their claims are handled in accordance with Article 12 of our terms and conditions of sale (written report within 8 days, reprint or credit note).
