Thanks to our personalisation tool, printing your own designs becomes simple!

Select the product of your choice and the colour you want, then let yourself be guided. You will find all the placement options, as well as guides to visualise the print size. You can use all types of images (JPG, PNG…), without worrying about their colour mode (RGB or CMYK).

Absolutely, it is even recommended!

This test, called a proof (BAT), lets you check that the print and the model suit you before launching the quantity you want.

If you are in a hurry, we offer an express service with support.

We will be happy to talk with you to carry out your project within express lead times, guiding you on the choice of model, sizes or placement of your artwork. Our experience allows us to guarantee your satisfaction on delivery.

Our range is divided into two categories.

Online products, available immediately: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and zip hoodies, in several cuts and weights and in a wide choice of colours. You will also find tote bags, caps, bucket hats and beanies.

Products on quote: we have a full catalogue for requests that our online range does not cover (sportswear, technical textiles, accessories…). Do not hesitate to contact us.

Each product has a size guide, which we adjust based on your feedback.

If you are still unsure, we are always available to help.

Fabric weight indicates the weight of the fabric, and therefore its thickness. A classic T-shirt weighs around 150 g/m², a more premium textile 220 g/m². Our range goes up to 440 g/m², for premium, durable and comfortable garments.

All our colours are offered at the same price. The only possible difference concerns printing: some combinations incur a surcharge because they require a white underbase (for example, a dark design on a black T-shirt).

Once your design is approved and your order paid, we start printing; your order ships within 1 to 3 working days (subject to stock). It is then sent by Colissimo or available for free collection at the workshop (5 rue Planchat, Paris 20e).

For shipping: ships within 1 to 3 working days, then 1 to 4 days in transit. You are informed by email of each stage of your parcel's journey.

In an emergency, with express, if ordered before 4 pm on a working day, your order is shipped the same day. You can also collect it at the workshop or receive it by Colissimo express (€18).

This option involves a surcharge.

Yes. Belgium and Luxembourg: Colissimo Europe, €15.90 up to 500 g then by weight, free delivery from €150 of purchases. Switzerland: same rates; customs duties and Swiss VAT (8.1%) are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Canada, including Quebec: Colissimo International, from €34.90 (up to 500 g); duties and taxes may be charged on delivery. The exact price is shown in the cart before payment.

It all depends on the reason for the return.

If you finally don't like the design, we cannot take the item back: it was personalised according to your instructions (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

If the item has a defect (print, condition of the product…), we send you a 100% free return slip. You simply send the order back to us and, at your choice, you are refunded or receive a compliant order.

Team mode: in our tool, add one line per person with their size, their name or first name and their number, and one file per person. The volume discount is calculated across the whole team.

Public bodies and administrations: purchase orders and administrative payment orders (mandat administratif) accepted. We send you a quote, you return the signed purchase order with its commitment number, then we upload the invoice to Chorus Pro. Payment by bank transfer within 30 days.

Over 100 items: tailor-made quote. Indicative lead times for volume: 200 items within 1 to 2 weeks, 500 within 2 to 3 weeks, 1,000 within 3 to 4 weeks. Request a quote
