All about this garment
The 140 g natural cotton tote bag, 42 × 38 cm, is the most useful giveaway there is: it gets reused every day, and your logo travels with it. Its natural colour shows off every design, from black logos to full-colour illustrations.
For which uses? Welcome bags for a trade show or seminar, gifts for an association, the bag of a grocery or a bookshop, festival merch, or a tote with a first name for a teacher or a family party.
Ordering in bulk: the price drops with the total quantity in the tool. You can also give each bag a different text (first name, date) by adding one line per bag. For more than 100 items, ask for a quote: we will advise you on the most economical technique.
Lead times: ships within 1 to 3 working days, or the same day with express for an order placed before 4 pm on a working day; free collection from our workshop in Paris 20e.
Care: wash inside out at 30 °C, no tumble dryer.

What are the dimensions of the tote bag?

Yes, directly in the tool: one line per person, with their size, first name or surname and back number, and one file per person. The tiered price applies to the team’s total quantity.

What are the printing and delivery times?
Once your design is approved and your order paid, we start printing; your order ships within 1 to 3 working days (subject to stock). It is then sent by Colissimo or available for free collection at the workshop (5 rue Planchat, Paris 20e).
For shipping: ships within 1 to 3 working days, then 1 to 4 days in transit. You are informed by email of each stage of your parcel's journey.
How does express ordering work?
In an emergency, with express, if ordered before 4 pm on a working day, your order is shipped the same day. You can also collect it at the workshop or receive it by Colissimo express (€18).
This option involves a surcharge.
How do returns work?
It all depends on the reason for the return.
If you finally don't like the design, we cannot take the item back: it was personalised according to your instructions (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
If the item has a defect (print, condition of the product…), we send you a 100% free return slip. You simply send the order back to us and, at your choice, you are refunded or receive a compliant order.
