Printtex prints, embroiders and flock-prints your clothing in its Paris workshop, then ships it to Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Canada. You can customise online from a single item, or ask us for a quote for a team, an association or a brand.

Customs and taxes
Belgium and Luxembourg are part of the European Union: no customs, and French VAT is included in our prices.
For Switzerland, Swiss VAT (8.1%) and the carrier's customs clearance fees are paid by the recipient on receipt of the parcel. Clothing has not been subject to customs duties in Switzerland since 2024, and VAT is not charged when it does not exceed CHF 5, i.e. an order of about CHF 60 at most, shipping included. For a team order, ask us for a quote: we will tell you the amount to expect.
For Canada, duties and taxes may be charged on receipt, according to Canadian rules.
When does your order ship?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 working days after your design is approved (subject to stock). You then receive the Colissimo tracking number to follow the parcel all the way to your door.
