All about this garment
The black tote bag in thick 140 g cotton, 42 × 38 cm, gives a smart, contrasting look: white, gold or very colourful designs stand out strongly. It holds a laptop, groceries or sports kit, and is reused every day.
Who is it for? A shop that wants a bag with its name on, a brand or an artist for their merch, a bookshop, a trade show or an end-of-year gift for a team. Black gets dirty less quickly than a natural bag, a real advantage for a bag carried every day.
Customisation: a design on one side or both, from 1 item in the tool. Choose light or vivid colours: a black or very dark design would barely show on this background. For more than 100 bags, screen printing becomes worthwhile: request a quote.
Care: wash inside out at 30 °C, no tumble dryer; iron on the reverse if needed, never on the design.

Black, a background that makes colours stand out
DTF transfer prints a white underlayer beneath the colours: on a black tote, a yellow, pink or turquoise design stays vivid, and white stays truly white. It is the best base for light logos, neon designs or very colourful illustrations.

Which design colours stand out best on a black tote bag?
Light, vivid colours: white, yellow, pink, gold, turquoise. Very dark designs are hard to see on black.
Can I print both sides?
Yes, choose “2 prints” in the tool to print both sides.
What are the dimensions?
42 × 38 cm, in thick 140 g/m² cotton.
Black or natural tote bag for my logo?
Black makes light, gold or very colourful designs stand out; natural suits almost every design, including black or dark logos.
Does the black tote bag bleed in the wash?
Wash it inside out at 30 °C with dark colours for the first few times, like any black textile. The printed design does not bleed onto the fabric.
What are the printing and delivery times?
Once your design is approved and your order is paid, we start printing and your order ships within 1 to 3 working days (subject to stock). It is sent by Colissimo, or you can collect it free of charge at the workshop (5 rue Planchat, Paris 20e).
For delivery: ships within 1 to 3 working days, then 1 to 4 days in transit. You will get an email at each stage of your parcel's journey.
How does express ordering work?
In a hurry? With express, orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are shipped the same day. You can also collect from the workshop or receive it by Colissimo express (€18).
This option carries a surcharge.
How do returns work?
It all depends on the reason for the return.
If you simply change your mind about the design, we cannot take the item back: it was personalised to your instructions (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
If the item is faulty (print, condition of the product…), we send you a 100% free return label. Simply send the order back to us and, as you prefer, we will refund you or send a correct replacement.
