All about this garment
A custom gift, without getting the size wrong
Want to give a custom T-shirt or hoodie, but you don't know the person's size or exact tastes? The Printtex gift card lets them choose everything: the garment, the colour, the size and the design, which they create themselves in our online tool with a live preview.
How does it work?
- Choose the amount, from €10 to €70. Each amount corresponds to a gift example, from a tote bag to a hoodie, but the card can be used across the whole site.
- You receive the code by e-mail right after payment. You can also have it sent directly to the person, on the date of your choice, with a message.
- The person creates their garment online and enters the code at checkout. If their order costs more than the card, they pay the difference.
For which occasions?
A birthday, Christmas, Father's Day or Mother's Day, a retirement send-off, an end-of-year gift for a team, or a thank-you. The card never expires: it also suits those who prefer to wait for the right idea.
How long is the gift card valid for?
It is valid for life, with no expiry date.
Can I send the gift card straight to the recipient?
Yes: when you buy it, enter their e-mail address, the date you want it sent and a message. They will receive the code on that day.
Is the gift card limited to the product shown?
No: the product shown is only an example to help you choose the amount. The card can be used across the whole site.
What happens if the order costs more than the card?
The person simply pays the difference by bank card, PayPal or another payment method offered at checkout.
What are the printing and delivery times?
Once your design is approved and your order is paid, we start printing and your order ships within 1 to 3 working days (subject to stock). It is sent by Colissimo, or you can collect it free of charge at the workshop (5 rue Planchat, Paris 20e).
For delivery: ships within 1 to 3 working days, then 1 to 4 days in transit. You will get an email at each stage of your parcel's journey.
How does express ordering work?
In a hurry? With express, orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are shipped the same day. You can also collect from the workshop or receive it by Colissimo express (€18).
This option carries a surcharge.
How do returns work?
It all depends on the reason for the return.
If you simply change your mind about the design, we cannot take the item back: it was personalised to your instructions (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
If the item is faulty (print, condition of the product…), we send you a 100% free return label. Simply send the order back to us and, as you prefer, we will refund you or send a correct replacement.
