This soft-touch 100% acrylic knit beanie is made to be worn all winter. It is sold blank (no printing), in one size and in ten colours: red, black, fuchsia, pink, green, yellow, royal blue, orange, lavender and heather grey.

How can I pay less for delivery?
Until 23 Nov, delivery to a pickup point is free: at checkout, choose the “Pickup point” tab, then your pickup point. Collection from our workshop, 5 rue Planchat in Paris, is always free, and delivery is free on orders of €100 or more.
What size should I choose?
The beanie is one size: the knit fits most head sizes, adult and teen alike.

How do I wash the beanie?
By hand or in the machine on a delicate cycle at 30 °C, then dry flat. Avoid the tumble dryer, which can stretch the knit.
What are the printing and delivery times?
Once your design is approved and your order is paid, we start printing and your order ships within 1 to 3 working days (subject to stock). It is sent by Colissimo, or you can collect it free of charge at the workshop (5 rue Planchat, Paris 20e).
For delivery: ships within 1 to 3 working days, then 1 to 4 days in transit. You will get an email at each stage of your parcel's journey.
How does express ordering work?
In a hurry? With express, orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are shipped the same day. You can also collect from the workshop or receive it by Colissimo express (€18).
This option carries a surcharge.
How do returns work?
It all depends on the reason for the return.
If you simply change your mind about the design, we cannot take the item back: it was personalised to your instructions (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
If the item is faulty (print, condition of the product…), we send you a 100% free return label. Simply send the order back to us and, as you prefer, we will refund you or send a correct replacement.
