The price of a DTF transfer depends mainly on the printed area and the quantity ordered. Here are the market's ballpark figures, what a logo really costs, and how to pay less.
By the sheet or by the metre?
Workshops sell DTF in two ways:
- By the sheet (A3 format or close): handy for small quantities and workshops that are just starting out. In October 2026, an A3 sheet generally sells for between €6.50 and €8 each, less in large quantities.
- By the metre (roll 55 to 60 cm wide): for large volumes, with a lower price per square metre.
At Printtex, the sheet measures 35 × 40 cm, a little larger than A3, and costs from €10 down to €5 depending on quantity (details on the DTF sheets product page).
The real price: that of a logo
What matters is the price of each design once cut out. On a 35 × 40 cm sheet, you can fit about fifteen left-chest logos of 8 cm. With a sheet at €7 (from 10 to 24 sheets), each logo works out at less than 50 cents.
5 tips to pay less
- Fill the sheet: group all your designs, of different sizes, in a single file.
- Order all at once: the price per sheet drops with quantity.
- Avoid files that need redoing: send a PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi; we check every file for free before printing.
- Plan ahead: express costs more than the standard lead time (shipping within 1 to 3 working days).
- Keep a stock of logos: a DTF transfer keeps, and you press it when an order comes in.
