How does it work?
The ink is pushed through a screen (a frame stretched with fine fabric), one colour at a time. Each colour needs its own screen: that is why screen printing becomes very economical as the quantity goes up, and suits mainly artwork with few colours.
For which projects?
- Logos, solid areas, lettering with few colours.
- Large runs: T-shirts for companies, clubs, associations, festivals.
- Tote bags and goodies in volume for a trade show or an event.
Indicative lead times for volume orders
- 200 items: within 1 to 2 weeks.
- 500 items: within 2 to 3 weeks.
- 1,000 items: within 3 to 4 weeks.

Price: on quote
The price depends on the quantity, the number of colours in the artwork, the number of placements and the garment. Send your logo, the quantity and the sizes: we will reply with a detailed quote. Government bodies and local authorities can pay by administrative payment order (mandat administratif), against a purchase order.
Screen printing or DTF?
Fewer than 100 items, or artwork with lots of colours, a photo, gradients: choose DTF printing instead, with no minimum. Beyond 100 items with a simple logo, screen printing wins.

From how many items is screen printing worthwhile?
It becomes the most economical from around 100 items, with a design using few colours. Below that, DTF transfer is often more advantageous.
How long does it take for 500 T-shirts in screen printing?
As a guide, 500 items are ready within 2 to 3 weeks. Give your date in the quote request.
Can a photo be printed with screen printing?
It is not ideal: screen printing is made for solid areas of colour. For a photo or a gradient, choose DTF transfer.
Do you need a particular file?
A vector logo (PDF, AI, SVG) is ideal. We check your file and send you a preview before printing.
