Customs and taxes
Belgium and Luxembourg are part of the European Union: no customs duty, and French VAT is included in our prices.
For Switzerland, customs duties and Swiss VAT (8.1%) are paid by the recipient when the parcel is delivered.
For Canada, duties and taxes may be requested on delivery, according to Canadian rules.
When does your order ship?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 working days after your design is approved (subject to stock). You then receive the Colissimo tracking number so you can follow the parcel all the way to your door.
